Placing an order by phone, fax or mail 

By Phone: You can call our toll-free Customer Service number at 1-800-771-9112 (U.S. and Canada only), or call 1-201-891-9466 for international orders.

By Fax:
If you would like to place an order by fax, simply complete the fax form or print your online order and fax to Stopwatches USA Order Department at 1-201-891-5689.

By Mail:
To order through the mail, simply complete the fax form or online order, print it out, and mail it with a check or money order payable to Stopwatches USA:

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as "Eric Armin Inc." 

Important: Please submit your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. We have to verify name, complete address, and phone number before we process any order. Submitting incorrect or invalid billing information will cause an order or be delayed or canceled. Also we must have mutual consent on all drop ship items. Please Note: UPS and Federal Express shipments require a physical address. They will not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

 

Checking the status of your order 

When is my order going to arrive? Your order will generally be shipped within one to two days of receipt. We will also notify you if the product you ordered is out of stock and when we expect to ship it to you. Please note the shipping times below are in addition to the days processing time noted above. 

Standard shipping
If the products you ordered are in stock, in most instances we will ship your order within one to two days after receiving the order. If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order should arrive within one to two weeks via United Parcel Service (UPS) (Note: Shipping times may vary seasonally.)

Overnight and other options
UPS Next Day, Second-day, and Third-day shipping options are available for an additional charge for orders being sent to addresses within the United States. Please note that the order processing time of one to two days should be added to overnight or second-day shipping. 

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery.

General merchandise $7.00 up to 1 lb
APO $10.00 up to 1 lb
HI, PR, AK $18.00 up to 1 lb via UPS 2nd Day

Additional continental US shipping options:

UPS Next Day $35.00 up to 1 lb.
UPS 2nd Day $15.00 up to 1 lb.
UPS 3rd Day $12.00 up to 1 lb.

FedEx $35.00 up to 1 lb

Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. We do not ship on weekends. In the event of delays, we will attempt to contact you by phone or Email.

International orders/shipping

Presently, we do not accept international orders.

Attention Canada!
according to UPS...
"Brokerage for Standard To Canada: For standard shipments to Canada, UPS provides Customs Brokerage service unless otherwise specified by the importer. The importer is responsible for all brokerage charges, duties, and taxes at time of import." 

What does this mean? You might be levied "brokerage" charges by UPS upon receiving your package. Please contact UPS for fees and exact details.

Requesting order changes and cancellations

If you have placed an order with Stopwatches USA and have decided to cancel the order, please call 1-800-771-9112 or email info@stopwatchesusa.com. We will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped, we will provide you with information on how to return it.

Stopwatches USA return policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days to Eric Armin Inc (EAI)/Stopwatches USA Order Department and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our sales department at 1-800-771-9112. If your original payment was made by check, EAI will issue a check for the return; if the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.  If returning an order paid by debit card, please be aware that it will still take several days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.

You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original packaging with the manual instructions and warrantee card. We cannot refund your order if the product is damaged in anyway due to accidental or abusive use or has been used, worn, sized etc. Your return authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return, with an explanation as to why the product is being returned. Upon receipt of the returned product to Eric Armin Inc (EAI)/Stopwatches USA Order Department, a refund will be made to you for the original purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the shipping expense to return the product.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

All watchbands sales are final.

Warranty information

For product received damaged by shipping, please contact EAI (1-800-771-9112) for RA#. The shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
